THE 3TH EDITION OF THE FUTSAL CUP WILL RECEIVE NEARLY 3,000 PLAYERS

About 3,000 football players will meet this weekend in the province of Castellón during the celebration of the Third Edition of the FutSal Cup. Both were presented today in the Diputación de Castellón with the presence of Eduardo Arnau, from The organizing company R & O Events; Esteban Novoa, director of the Futsal Cup; Luis Martínez, Deputy of Sports of Castellón; And José Carbonell, Representation of Marina D’Or.
Regarding the III edition of the Futsal Cup, this sport event will bring together more than 1,200 participants in the municipalities of Benicàssim and Castellón from 24 to 26 June. This tournament has teams from all the autonomous communities and is the most important of those celebrated of these characteristics in Spain.
The championship, which is approved by the Valencian Football Federation, also meets all categories; From pre-senior to senior, with the presence of international players and professional coaches who will help the participants to discover more if it fits the secrets of futsal.
But this is not all, the Futsal Cup always involved and working on numerous values, this year wants to highlight the integration. This third edition will count for the first time in history in a futsal tournament with a very special category, Advance Futsal, where disabled people will be able to play the tournament of their favorite sport, as one more participant.
The director of the Futsal Cup, Esteban Novoa, explained that the number of teams has increased over the last edition and there is even a waiting list. Novoa has also highlighted the economic impact of this event, which will produce 2,500 overnight stays in hotels in the province.
The tournament has the collaboration of the municipalities of Benicàssim and Castellón, as well as the collaboration of the Diputación de Castellón.
There will be parallel ludic activities such as leaders dinner, tournament party, opening cavalcade, skills contest, water park, talks, and raffles for the participants.
Futsal Cup continues to show its solidarity side and will count on another year with the presence of the project “Solidariza tu Energía” in favor of the Aspropace Foundation. In the parties’ headquarters, bracelets will be sold in which the project values have been screen-printed, such as illusion, effort, dreams, motivation or being a team. In addition, a specific bracelet has been created for the occasion with the logo and the word Futsal Cup. The funds obtained from the sale of all bracelets, which are marketed at 2 euros, will be used exclusively to the Aspropace Foundation in Castellón, People affected by cerebral palsy.
