Registration Easter

DATES:

  • The teams must complete and send your resume pre-registration before February 1st by web.
  • Once we receive the pre-registration form we will send you the document wich certifies your participation, together with a registration form that details other aspects such as the number of registered participants.
  • Before the 1st February each team must transfer 250€ for the inscription in the tournament. This amount consists of a registration fee of 150€ and 100€ deposit of the participation fee (wich varies depending on the chosen accommodation characteristics and the number of registered participants)
  • The rest of the payments will need to be transferred before 1st February to this bank account: LA CAIXA: ES19 2100 6168 0102 0005 2755
  • Teams who do not follow the established deadlines will be excluded from the tournament. In this case, the registration fee will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations will be accepted with full refund of the amount paid to players who prove unable to attend the tournament ( force majeure ) with deadline of March 1st.
