Benic\u00e0ssim tourist destination began to be more than hundred years ago. Its beaches of fine sand and gentle slope , it\u2019s clean waters and numerous services are there still make an offer chosen by thousands of people. But the Benic\u00e0ssim term has more. With the natural park of the Desert de Les Palmes as background , it offers endless places worth visiting. Culture and leisure, rest and bustle stay parallel. Moreover, in recent years it has acquired prominence on the musical scene thanks to the celebration of an international music festival (FIB), which brings together thousands of young people of all nationalities.<\/p>\n

The variety is the dominant note of the coast of Oropesa del Mar, divided in two by the cape of the same name. To the north , more than 2 km. of virgin beach of sand and gravel , with excellent rocky bottoms to practice submarine fishing and diving give way to a bustling urban sandy beach and has all services . The place serves as protection for the wide beach of the Concha and becomes privileged place to begin in windsurf and , then , between the tip of the Iberian town and the marina is a small cove that constitutes a perfect natural solarium. The modern port has a sailing school and there is also a diving club that organizes dives in the area and in the Columbretes Islands. To the south, the coast becomes rustic and the cliffs follow one another around the perimeter of the Sierra de Oropesa finally relaxed in the limit with Benic\u00e0ssim giving rise to secluded beaches among which Les Playetes the Belver and The Reneg\u00e1.<\/p>\n
